Holistic Path Wellness is a busy chiropractic and acupuncture clinic. We need a remote booking coordinator to handle incoming phone calls (via VoIP), manage our online booking system, and follow up with patients regarding their upcoming appointments.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are required. You must possess a friendly, empathetic tone and be capable of learning our scheduling software quickly. The role requires coverage during specific Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours.
