Wildflower Apparel is a rapidly growing sustainable clothing brand. We are looking for an experienced virtual customer support agent to join our remote team. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via email and live chat, processing returns, and answering questions regarding sizing and shipping.
You must possess excellent written English skills, a friendly tone, and a high level of patience. Familiarity with Shopify and standard helpdesk software is strongly preferred.
